Refund Policy

We want every student to get real value from the Certified Real Estate Sales Professional (CRESP) course. This Refund Policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one.

For card and international orders, Maximus Consults Ltd sells through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle handles billing, invoicing, customer service, and refunds for those orders in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your payment if you are not satisfied with the course. After 30 days, the purchase is generally non-refundable, subject to any additional rights granted by Paddle's Refund Policy or applicable law.

2. How to request a refund

For card and international orders processed by Paddle, please request your refund directly through paddle.net using the email address you used to enrol. You can also email hello@ezemaximus.com with the subject line "CRESP Refund Request" and include your full name, the date of payment, and the reason — we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

For local Naira instalment payments processed by Paystack, email hello@ezemaximus.com directly with the same details.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and loss of access.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
