Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the Certified Real Estate Sales Professional ("CRESP") course provided by Maximus Consults Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or enrolling in the course you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to enrol. By enrolling, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Enrolment and access

• Access to course materials is granted upon successful payment.
• Your access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one user.
• Sharing logins, recordings, or downloadable materials is not permitted.

3. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all card and international orders, meaning Paddle handles the sale, billing, tax, invoicing, customer service inquiries, and returns. Payment, billing, cancellation, and refund mechanics for those orders are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Local Naira instalment payments are processed by Paystack on our behalf. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, and you authorise the relevant processor to charge the payment method you provide for the agreed amount.

3a. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Intellectual property

All course content — including videos, slides, worksheets, scripts, and templates — is owned by Maximus Consults Ltd and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may use it for your personal learning only. Resale, redistribution, or republishing in any form is strictly prohibited.

5. Certification

A CRESP certificate is issued upon completion of the required modules and assessments. Certification does not constitute a professional licence and does not guarantee income or employment.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass security or access the site or course in unauthorised ways.
• Do not upload harmful content or use the site to harass other students.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms without refund.

7. Disclaimers

The course is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We make no guarantees of specific financial results. Real estate outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maximus Consults Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or course. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
